PVC lining
One of the most versatile materials available on the market, PVC lining was introduced in the late 1960s, gaining greater prominence about 10 years ago due to its use in gas stations.
Excellent thermal insulator contributes considerably to the reduction of energy consumption. Acoustic and electrical insulation is also self-extinguishing, that is, it does not propagate flames. In addition to being resistant to weather and chemical vapors, it is 100% recyclable and easy to clean and maintain. It has an unlimited useful life, which characterizes a great cost-benefit.
It is the most used thermoplastic in civil construction, about 65% of the total production is destined for this sector. At the World Cup in Germany, for example, 5 of the 7 stadiums built or renovated used the material.
PVC lining is a Brazilian specialty, which accounts for around 73,000 ton/year. More practical and hygienic, it is immune to termites, mold and corrosion, easy to wash, it also allows for better asepsis, as it is resistant to alcohol and cleaning detergents, thus indicating its use in hospitals, offices, medical clinics, schools and restaurants.
It does not require maintenance and painting and allows maintenance of the upper part. They are perfect for all commercial and industrial environments (with temperatures up to 45º).
